We want our users to be successful using our software products. We are committed to that success. Besides initial training, we support our users by answering questions, working through examples of specific detailing tasks, providing new connections or additional options for connections as needed for current jobs and general technical help even if it is unrelated to our software.

On-site installation and training for all of our products!
Training is usually conducted at our office (directions and nearby hotels). We invite interested parties to come to our office with a real job they need to get done. Over a two to three day period, we will train you to use both the Asteel 3D Modeler and Asteel 2.0 while producing actual shop drawings on your job. At the end of the training you will be proficient enough with our software to continue the job back at your office with an immediate increase in productivity. You are welcome to take the drawings you produce without obligation to purchase the system. If you do decide to purchase our software, we will come to your office for an on-site installation and will make sure you are comfortable using the system.
